Whitsunday Islands

The Whitsunday Islands tour was pretty good although not at all what I had expected. I was told I'd be on a boat with 30 to 40 other backpackers and it would be kind of a party boat with everyone there for a bit of fun as one would expect.
We were actually over 70 people on our boat and the tour company had to send out a second boat to carry another 30 or so people which brought us to over 100 in the end. It turned out to be a glorified booze cruise with organised drinking games and most of the crowd went nuts. But we did get to see some of the beautiful islands all the same and passed a massive turtle out on the water.
