Magnetic Island

Another island off the east coast of Australia but his one has wild koalas. Went on a very popular koala sighting walk that leads up to a fort but had no luck.


As a kind of consolation I at least saw a pair of owls and the fort itself was pretty cool too. A local gave a tip as to where there were some other wild koalas and I got lucky. They sure are difficult to spot.
